MSP shows goats as a 4H project. Every spring we impatiently wait for the year's crop of baby goats. While we were traveling, the time was accomplished for the kids to be born, to paraphrase a wonderful source. MSP was disappointed to not be in on the adventure (she missed it by only one day!) but the result is, well, you tell me;
Adorable?
Precious?
Too cute for words?
We like them, too. Mom is Selena; babies are Serena and Grace. Two little girls. Just what she wanted!

awwww... shucks. I vote for "too cute for words."
is all of the above a choice?
Too cute! We were fortunate to visit a friend's farm in December when the were having a bunch of baby goats. They had 12-14 babies already in their barn. We were hoping to get to see one being born. My friend proceeded to check the pen with the expectant mothers to see if she saw any signs, but didn't think so. So, we stayed a little longer and visited. As we were leaving, we heard a very young bleating sound coming from the pen and sure enough, a baby had just been born - we missed it! But, the good news was that there a twin getting ready to make it's appearance. My friend moved the mom into the barn and we were able to watch the 2nd baby being born! It was such a fun experience for my girls (and me too!).
