Bessie the cow is NOT with calf. She and Bill are not going to be parents. Dr. Bill, who came out to double-check, told us that there's no reason she shouldn't be. After looking at Bill's...equipment, he said it's possible that HE'S the problem. At this point, Bess will not become hamburger. Bill will go home, and his owners can decide what to do with him. Dr. Bill (I know, it's confusing to US, too) knows of another bull, but EP may sell her....Stay tuned....
